Digital Products (Instant Downloads & Custom Digital Items)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once a digital file is purchased, it cannot be returned.
No Refunds or Exchanges in the Following Cases:
- You did not read the product description and policies before purchasing.
- You purchased the wrong item.
- You do not know how to use the files.
- You purchased a digital product by mistake.
- You decided to change your mind after the files were delivered. .
- You expected a physical item but purchased a digital product instead.
- You downloaded the file but did not use it.
Exceptions (Eligible for Refunds or Exchanges):
- If you accidentally purchased the same item multiple times, we can offer a refund for the duplicate purchase.
- If the file is corrupt or not as described, and we are unable to provide a working version.
Resolution Process for Digital Products:
- Contact us within 3 days of purchase with details of the issue.
- Provide proof of the problem (screenshots, error messages, etc.).
- If the issue falls under our exceptions, we will issue a replacement file or a refund.
Physical Products (Handmade & Shipped Items)
We accept returns and exchanges for physical products under certain conditions.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of approval.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized items (unless damaged or defective).
- Sale items or discounted products.
- Opened or used items that are not in their original condition.
Refund Process for Physical Products:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.
- Provide clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
