Digital Products (Instant Downloads & Custom Digital Items)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once a digital file is purchased, it cannot be returned.

No Refunds or Exchanges in the Following Cases:

  • You did not read the product description and policies before purchasing.
  • You purchased the wrong item.
  • You do not know how to use the files.
  • You purchased a digital product by mistake.
  • You decided to change your mind after the files were delivered. .
  • You expected a physical item but purchased a digital product instead.
  • You downloaded the file but did not use it.

Exceptions (Eligible for Refunds or Exchanges):

  • If you accidentally purchased the same item multiple times, we can offer a refund for the duplicate purchase.
  • If the file is corrupt or not as described, and we are unable to provide a working version.

Resolution Process for Digital Products:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of purchase with details of the issue.
  2. Provide proof of the problem (screenshots, error messages, etc.).
  3. If the issue falls under our exceptions, we will issue a replacement file or a refund.

Physical Products (Handmade & Shipped Items)

We accept returns and exchanges for physical products under certain conditions.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of approval.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items (unless damaged or defective).
  • Sale items or discounted products.
  • Opened or used items that are not in their original condition.

Refund Process for Physical Products:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.
  2. Provide clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
